Ask Your Doctor
It is a state law in Michigan that a physician (either MD, DO or DPM) must prescribe physical therapy. In order for a licensed RHC physical therapist to see you, your doctor will need to order it. If you have not been seen by your doctor for your current complaint, you will need to call them to schedule an appointment. In some cases, depending on your relationship with your family doctor or specialist, they may be willing to fax a prescription (see prescription download below) to RHC at 734-971-1360.
